Can I exclude my unhappy customers?
Yes. Bravo does not automatically send the review link, so you can decide to send the link based on positive transactions.
When do I send the review link?
You can send the link at any time, but we recommend doing it when the experience is still fresh. This includes after a sale, after completing a trade, loan, or buy, or when a customer is making a redemption. Timing is handled for you, so requests go out when customers are most likely to respond positively.
