See It, Touch It, Try It
Forget screenshots. We bring the real thing — our POS, electronic 4473, eCommerce tools, and more — so you can get your hands on it and see what all the fuss is about.
The best part of what we do isn't the software (okay, the software is pretty great). It's the people. We love showing up at pawn conventions and firearms trade shows, shaking hands, swapping stories, and showing you what Bravo can really do — in person, no sales pitch required.
Let's TalkLook, we get it — you're busy running a pawn shop, gun store, shooting range, or buy/sell operation. You didn't come to a conference to sit through another boring software demo. That's why we keep things real. Grab a coffee, pull up a chair, and let us show you how Bravo actually works — the POS, the E4473, the eCommerce, all of it. No pressure. Just honest conversation between people who genuinely love this industry.
Forget screenshots. We bring the real thing — our POS, electronic 4473, eCommerce tools, and more — so you can get your hands on it and see what all the fuss is about.
There's nothing like being in a room full of folks who actually get what you do every day. Swap war stories, share wins, and meet the pawn pros and gun dealers who are crushing it.
We like to take care of the people who show up. Ask about our conference-only offers on Bravo's pawn shop and gun store software — because showing up should come with perks.
If you've been in the pawn business or the firearms retail world for any amount of time, you know how fast things change. New ATF regulations, shifting state compliance requirements, evolving customer expectations, and technology that's moving faster than anyone can keep up with. That's exactly why pawn industry conferences, firearms trade shows, and specialty retail events aren't just "nice to have" anymore — they're essential.
These events are where the entire industry comes together. Pawn shop owners from small single-store operations sit next to multi-location enterprise operators. First-time FFL holders swap notes with gun store owners who've been doing this for 30 years. Shooting range operators learn from each other about everything from lane management to electronic waivers. And everyone — absolutely everyone — is trying to figure out how to do things smarter, faster, and with less headache.
That's where we come in. Bravo Store Systems has been building software for this industry since 2010. We didn't start in Silicon Valley trying to "disrupt" something we didn't understand. We started because the people actually doing this work — running pawn shops, selling firearms, managing compliance — deserved tools that were built specifically for them. And showing up at these conferences is one of the most important things we do all year, because nothing beats a face-to-face conversation with the people we build for.
We're not going to stand behind a table and read off a spec sheet. That's not how we roll. When you come by the Bravo booth at any pawn convention or firearms trade show, here's what you'll find: real people who know this industry inside and out, running live demos on real hardware, showing you how the software actually works in the day-to-day grind of your store.
Want to see how our cloud-based point of sale handles a pawn transaction from start to finish? Done. Curious how the electronic E4473 cuts your firearms processing time in half and keeps you ATF-compliant without the paper nightmare? We'll walk you through it. Wondering how Bravo's eCommerce can get your inventory listed on Buya, UsedGuns.com, eBay, and your own branded website — all from one system? Pull up a chair.
We'll also show you the tools most people don't even know exist until they see them: automated 3310 reporting, cloud-based 4473 storage that makes ATF inspections a breeze, mobile apps that let you manage your business from anywhere, text message marketing that actually drives repeat customers through your door, and reporting dashboards that show you exactly what's working and what's not.
One of the things people notice right away when they talk to us is that we actually understand the differences between these businesses. A pawn shop's daily workflow is nothing like a gun store's. A shooting range has completely different needs than a buy/sell retailer. But all of them need a system that handles their specific compliance requirements, inventory quirks, and customer interactions without making them jump through hoops.
That's the whole idea behind Bravo. One platform, built from the ground up for specialty retail. Whether you're writing pawn loans, processing firearms transfers, managing range lanes, or buying and selling secondhand goods — it all lives in one place. No toggling between three different systems. No clunky third-party integrations that break every other Tuesday. Just one system that actually works the way your store works.
And the best part? You don't have to take our word for it. Come to one of these conferences and talk to the other store owners who are already using Bravo. They'll tell you the real story — what they love, what changed for their business, and why they made the switch. That's the kind of conversation you can only have in person, and it's the reason we keep showing up.
Here's something we believe pretty deeply: the relationship between a software company and its customers shouldn't feel like a transaction. You're trusting us with the backbone of your business. That's a big deal. And we think the best way to earn that trust is to show up, shake your hand, look you in the eye, and show you exactly what we're about.
A lot of our best customer relationships started at a conference. Someone walked up to the booth, skeptical (totally fair), asked a bunch of tough questions, and left thinking "okay, these people actually get it." Months later they made the switch. Years later they're still with us, and now they're the ones telling other store owners at the next conference to come check us out. That word-of-mouth means everything to us, and it's something you can't manufacture — you have to earn it, one conversation at a time.
So whether this is your first pawn convention or your fiftieth, whether you're a current Bravo customer or you've never heard of us before today — come say hi. We promise we won't give you a hard sell. We'll just have an honest conversation about your business, show you some cool stuff, and let you decide if Bravo is the right fit. That's it. That's all we've ever done, and it's worked out pretty well so far.
We're packing up the booth and heading your way. Here's where the Bravo crew will be next — come find us, we'd love to meet you.

We'll bring the show to you. Grab a time with our team and we'll walk you through everything — the POS, the E4473, the eCommerce, the whole deal. Thousands of pawn shops, gun stores, and shooting ranges already made the switch. Let's see if we're a fit.
Grab a DemoWhether you're heading to your first pawnbroker convention or your twentieth firearms trade show, a little planning goes a long way. These events pack a ton of value into a short window — vendor booths, education sessions, networking dinners, and more panels than you can shake a stick at. Here are a few tips from the Bravo team on how to get the most out of your time.
It's easy to get overwhelmed walking into a conference hall with 50+ vendors. Before you go, think about the one or two biggest pain points in your business right now. Maybe your current POS is slow and clunky. Maybe you're drowning in paper 4473s and worried about your next ATF inspection. Maybe you know you should be selling online but have no idea where to start. Whatever it is, having that focus helps you cut through the noise and have the conversations that actually matter.
The vendor booths are great (especially ours — we're biased), but some of the best insights at any pawn convention or gun show come from hallway conversations with other store owners. The person standing in line next to you at lunch might have just solved the exact problem you're dealing with. These conferences bring together pawn shop owners, firearms dealers, FFL holders, shooting range operators, and buy/sell retailers from all over the country — that's a goldmine of real-world experience you can't get anywhere else.
A lot of people treat conference sessions as "the thing you do between booth visits," but some of the most valuable content at pawn industry events and firearms trade shows happens in those rooms. Compliance updates, marketing strategies, technology trends, ATF regulatory changes — these sessions are often led by people who really know their stuff, and the information can save you serious time and money down the road.
The worst thing you can do after a great conference is go home and let all those conversations disappear. If you met a vendor you liked, reach out within a week while the conversation is fresh. If another store owner shared a tip that could help your business, write it down and act on it. And if you stopped by the Bravo booth and liked what you saw — well, you know where to find us. We're always just a demo request or a phone call away at 888.407.6287.

Easy to learn. Easy to use. Easy to switch. There's a reason thousands of small businesses trust Bravo.
