Inside Sales Rep

As an Inside Sales Rep, you are responsible for all non-named accounts in your assigned territory. You will also be responsible for all accounts that have been with Bravo, at least a year, located in an assigned territory. As the owner of these accounts, you will be the point of contact for any account questions or upsells, as well as a partner in educating your accounts on new products and releases. In addition, you will act as a partner with the Regional Account Manager in your assigned territory to provide support with clients as needed. From time to time, you will complete other duties at the discretion of your Manager.

Regional Account Manager

As a Regional Account Manager, you will demonstrate a proven track record of success. With a defined Territory, your job will be delivering a great sales experience for our customers. This will include demos, quotes, meetings, and most importantly, closing sales by giving our clients the best sales experience possible. The right candidates will also have international territory along with their Domestic patch. Target customers will be all potential clients who can use our system in your territory.

How do I stay connected as a remote team member?

Working collaboratively as one team is critical to the development of each team member and the success of Bravo customers.

We foster connection with our remote workforce in a variety of ways: weekly informal Townhall meetings that help keep every person up to date on what's happening in Bravo, monthly health and wellness challenges with the Peloton app, dedicated Slack channels for non work-related updates and communication, weekly peer-to-peer "shout outs" for team acknowledgement and encouragement, product release demos so all employees see what's coming on our roadmap, and Officevibe surveys that allow team members to provide feedback, to name a few.

We're proud to say that after our shift to remote working after the COVID crisis, nearly all Bravo employees have reported feeling more connected to their colleagues and to the company mission than when working in a traditional office setting.

How are new employees onboarded & trained?

Each department has a unique onboarding and training plan that ensures you're trained on Bravo solutions, process and systems. Additionally, you'll have informal presentations from a variety of members of the leadership team where you'll get a high-level understanding of the responsibilities of each department and how each one contributes to Bravo's success. You'll also work closely with our Head of HR and IT to get you set up with all the software and hardware you need to perform your best.

Training consists of a mix of virtual training sessions, hands-on learning ,and in some cases; quizzes, role playing and mock demonstrations to test your knowledge along the way and ensure you're set up for success so you can hit the ground running.
