Yes. You can choose in-store pickup only. Many stores use online listings strictly to drive foot traffic while keeping the sale and handoff inside the store.

Fees vary by marketplace. There are no listing fees or category or speicl item fees on Buya or UsedGuns. You only pay a small commission when something sells, and you ship the item. Buya’s final value fee is 11% and UsedGuns final value fee is 8%.

Why do I pay fees?

That includes the ongoing work required to keep your online selling reliable and effective. This includes product development, quality assurance, secure hosting, and the cost of maintaining and improving high-traffic marketplaces. Fees also fund Google advertising that drives real buyers to your listings.

What is the average return rate?

Return rates vary by category and by marketplace, but Buya returns are the lowest we’ve ever seen at 2%. Clear item descriptions, real photos, and in-store pickup options help keep returns low.

Can I choose which items go online?

Yes. You decide which items are listed online. You can choose by category or item-by-item. Plus, you can change those settings anytime.

What happens if an item sells in-store first?

If an item is sold in-store, it is automatically removed from online listings. Inventory stays synced, so you don’t double-sell or have to manage listings manually. If an item sells before you are able to remove it from your flow, we give you the flexibility to choose if you want to honor your online buyer or the one standing in front of you.

How do I list on these sites?

You list items a single time inside Bravo. From there, eligible inventory is automatically or hand-selected to post to your own website, Buya, UsedGuns, Guns.com, and/or eBay. You never have to re-enter data, navigate through dozens of dropdowns, manually categorize, or manage separate listings.

How do I fulfill in Bravo?

Fulfillment is managed directly in the point of sale. Bravo tracks orders, pickup status, shipping (when enabled), payments, completion, and returns. Nothing needs to be handled outside the system.

Do you do dropshipping?

No. Drop shipping often creates thin margins, pricing conflicts, and poor customer experiences.
