Two-way chat helps pawnbrokers deliver exceptional customer experience and improve productivity by enabling operators and customers to interact anywhere, anytime through mobile apps.

Las Vegas, NV – August 26, 2020 — Bravo Pawn Platform, the leading point-of-sale software platform for pawnbrokers, today announces the release of two-way chat within Shopkeeper and MobilePawn apps.

“As a customer-centric organization ourselves, we understand the importance of providing incredible customer experience” says Jim Ashley, VP of Customer Success at Bravo. “As consumer demand for instant, omni-channel communication continues to rise, pawnbrokers need solutions to meet these expectations more than ever before. Two-way chat within our mobile apps is an exciting advancement to our platform and just one more way we’re equipping our customers with the tools they need to advance and succeed.”

What’s New with Shopkeeper & MobilePawn Two-way Chat

  • Customer-initiated chats through MobilePawn: Pawnshop customers can initiate a chat request with the pawnshop at any time, making it easy for customers to engage with operators in real-time.
  • Real-time store alerts through Shopkeeper: Pawnbrokers receive alerts notifying employees that there’s a chat request, allowing stores to interact with customers quickly and efficiently.
  • Flexible configuration: Companies can choose which stores and which employees at each location have chat enabled.
“The August rollout of two-way chat is one of many enhancements we have planned in on our roadmaps for the Shopkeeper and MobilePawn apps,” says Kelly York, Bravo Co-founder and VP of Software Development. “When our customers speak, we listen. We know there’s a growing demand for features and functionality that drive customer-employee engagement and improve customer experience. The release of two-way chat version 1.0 is a critical enhancement to the platform, and one that our development team is excited to deliver to our customers.”

Two-way chat is available to mobile app customers at no additional cost – the enhanced functionality has been added to Shopkeeper and MobilePawn for immediate use.
