What integrated payments gives you

Less reconciling. Fewer vendors.
More of every sale.

Payments built into the point of sale remove the busywork that separate terminals create, and keep your books clean.

One ticket, one record

Card, sale, and customer all captured together. No re-keying a separate terminal into your point of sale.

Automatic reconciliation

End of day ties out by itself. Deposits and totals match your sales without the spreadsheet.

Every channel, one flow

In-store, online, and mobile all process and reconcile through the same integrated system.

Compliance stays linked

For FFLs, every payment ties to its A&D book and E4473 record. One transaction, one digital trail.

Tier-one stability

Established processors with the uptime and capacity you can build a busy season on.

One vendor to call

Bravo supports the point of sale and the integrated payments together. No finger-pointing between vendors.

Questions

Integrated payments, answered

What is integrated payment processing in Bravo?

Card processing is built directly into your point of sale, so every sale, refund, and customer record stays in one system. No separate terminal to reconcile, no double entry, no third-party plugin to maintain. Bravo integrates with several processing partners so you can choose the one that fits your store.

Which payment processors does Bravo integrate with?

Bravo offers a roster of integrated partners: Worldpay, Fortis, and PayPal for card processing, plus Credova for buy now, pay later financing. Fortis is built for FFL and firearms retailers, and Worldpay is the newest tier-one option. Bravo helps you compare rates and set up the right fit.

Is Worldpay the same as Fortis or PayPal?

No. Worldpay is its own processor, not run through Fortis or PayPal. It is a separate tier-one option that integrates natively into Bravo, alongside Fortis and PayPal. Whichever one you choose, card processing runs through the same point of sale, and Bravo helps you compare rates and pick the right fit.

How does Worldpay affect SDN screening and Form 8300 reporting?

Moving to Worldpay does not change your compliance obligations. Your store is still responsible for OFAC SDN (Specially Designated Nationals) screening and for filing Form 8300 on cash transactions over $10,000. Integrated payments keep the supporting records in one place: every transaction ties back to the customer and ticket inside Bravo, so the data behind your SDN checks and 8300 reports lives with the sale instead of on a separate terminal. For how the latest SDN and 8300 changes apply to your store, reach out to our team.

Do I have to switch processors to use Bravo?

No. Bravo supports multiple integrated processing partners, so you can choose the integrated payments setup that fits your store. Bravo helps you compare the options and set it up.

Does it work across in-store, online, and mobile?

Yes. Payments stay integrated whether the sale happens at the counter, on your branded webstore, across Bravo's online marketplaces, or through the mobile app. Every channel reconciles back to the same system.

Is integrated payments a good fit for firearms and pawn stores?

Yes. Bravo serves pawn, FFL, jewelry, and independent retail, including industries mainstream processors often label high-risk. For firearm-specific details, see the gun store payment processing page.
