Buya.com and UsedGuns.com Launch Redesigned Online Marketplace Experience for Pawn Shops and Gun Stores
Bravo Store Systems ships major platform update with rebuilt offer flow, stronger fraud protection, and a faster mobile shopping experience across both marketplaces.
Las Vegas, NV — March 31, 2026
Bravo Store Systems launched a major update to Buya.com and UsedGuns.com today, two of the most active online marketplaces for used merchandise and secondhand firearms in the United States. The release includes a fully redesigned eCommerce experience, a rebuilt offer and checkout flow, and new security and fraud protection features built specifically for pawn shops, FFL dealers, and buy/sell/trade retailers.
The update is live now across both platforms. No action is required from existing Bravo customers.
A Faster, Cleaner Online Marketplace for Used Goods and Firearms
The redesigned eCommerce delivers faster page load times, a cleaner product listing layout, and a significantly improved mobile shopping experience. Most buyers browsing Buya.com and UsedGuns.com today are on their phones. The previous experience was not fully built for that. This one is.
Product listings are more prominently displayed, navigation requires fewer clicks, and the overall layout is designed to keep buyers moving from discovery to purchase. For pawn shops and gun stores, that means better visibility for your inventory and more qualified buyers reaching your listings.
Bravo's eCommerce network spans five channels: Buya.com, UsedGuns.com, Guns.com, eBay, and each retailer's own branded website. Inventory syncs automatically across all five, and when an item sells in-store, it is removed from every channel in real time.
The Offer Problem Is Solved
Online offer flows have long been a frustration for specialty retailers. A buyer submits an offer; the store accepts, and nothing happens. The card does not go through. The buyer was not serious. The store wasted time and lost the sale.
Bravo rebuilt the entire offer experience to fix this. Customer payment is now verified and authorized before an offer is submitted to the store. When a store accepts, the order processes automatically. The result is fewer dead-end offers, less manual follow-up, and more transactions that actually close.
The updated My Offers dashboard gives buyers clearer offer status, better filtering, and improved shipping and payment handling throughout. Stores see higher offer conversion without adding any new steps to their workflow.
Fraud Protection Built for Independent Retailers
This release includes two layers of fraud protection. Account-level security now enforces progressive login delays and lockouts after repeated failed attempts, protecting customer accounts from credential abuse across Bravo's eCommerce web and mobile. Stores can also enable checkout fraud controls that require billing and shipping address matching and cardholder name verification on first-time purchases, reducing chargeback exposure while maintaining a smooth experience for legitimate buyers.
My Favorites, FFL Finder, and Additional Updates
The previous Wishlist feature has been rebuilt and relaunched as My Favorites, giving shoppers a faster and more reliable way to save items, searches, and stores. The update improves how saved content is loaded and organized and resolves a range of reliability and display issues that affected returning buyers.
For firearm transactions on UsedGuns.com, the FFL Finder in checkout now supports search by store name, making it faster for buyers to locate and confirm their preferred transfer dealer. Map link interactions and filtering behavior have also been corrected, reducing drop-off at one of the most friction-heavy steps in an online firearms sale.
Bravo Store Systems powers more than 4,000 pawn shops, gun stores, shooting ranges, and buy/sell/trade retailers across the United States. Its all-in-one platform covers point-of-sale, ATF compliance, eCommerce, and customer management, built by people who have run stores like yours. Bravo is led by CEO Tally Mack, a fifth-generation specialty retailer. Plans start at $99 per month.
