For Bravo Partners & Associations

Partner Enablement Hub

Approved copy, logos, proof assets, implementation answers, and tracked links for Bravo's partners, associations, and integration providers. Everything here is cleared for reuse; anything not on this page needs approval first.

Who this hub is for

Bravo works with the partners, associations, and consultants listed on the Partners, Integrations & Associations page, including industry consultants, insurance and risk advisors, refiners, printers, financing providers, and every pawn association. If your organization is listed there, this hub is for you. If you would like to be, start with a conversation.

Product screenshots are supplied on request per release so shared decks never ship outdated interfaces. Ask for the product areas you need.

Tracked referral links

Use these links when you send stores to Bravo so your referrals are attributed to your organization. Replace your-org with your organization's name in lowercase with hyphens (for example, pawn-leaders). Tracking parameters do not change any referral terms; they only make sure your traffic is counted.

Implementation FAQs for partners

Short, accurate answers to the questions stores ask partners most. Link stores to the source pages rather than paraphrasing beyond these answers.

How does a store get started with Bravo?

Every store starts with a personalized demo so the team can see the platform on their own use cases. Stores can request a demo or call (725) 525-3535.

What does onboarding look like?

Bravo runs a guided onboarding program (OnboardAssist) designed to simplify implementation, and pricing starts at $99 per month. The Bravo team walks each store through data migration, setup, and training; the demo covers the specifics for that store's size and lines of business.

Can stores switch from their current software?

Yes. Many published customer stories are switches from other systems, including Bravo's own sunsetting PawnMaster product. The story library can be filtered by the software a store is switching from.

Does Bravo support firearms compliance?

Yes. The platform includes firearms compliance tooling, including electronic Form 4473 workflows and bound book functionality. Point stores to the compliance-focused customer stories for real examples.

What still needs approval

  • Co-branded collateral (anything carrying both logos) requires sign-off from both organizations before distribution.
  • Partner endorsement quotes are not published here because written approval is tracked per agreement.
  • Screenshot packages are approved per product release, not self-serve.
