The delivery arrived. Now comes the typing.

A look at the October Release changes between receiving a shipment, replenishing stock and moving scrap.

The boxes are at the store. The invoice is right there with them. Item descriptions, quantities and sometimes serial numbers are already on a document.

But having the information in front of you is not the same as having it in your inventory.

Picture the person receiving that shipment: checking what arrived, looking between the invoice and the screen, entering details, then checking again. A customer needs help before the job is finished. The delivery waits.

The store needs someone to verify the shipment. It doesn’t need every useful detail to begin as an empty field.

Invoice import is one of the inventory changes in the October Release, alongside SKUs to Reorder and Scrap Buckets. Each addresses a different part of the work.

Start receiving with the information you already have

Invoice Import powered by Bravo Super Intelligence starts with the document. Bravo can extract item details and match them against the catalog, giving your team information to review instead of starting from scratch. When serial numbers are on the document, Bravo can bring those in, too.

The product demonstration also shows different inventory types within one document. That makes review important: your team checks the extracted information, corrects anything that needs attention and reviews the details before accepting them into receiving.

Firearm entries always require review. Importing information does not establish that it is correct, and it does not replace checking what actually arrived.

The useful change is the starting point. Your employee can spend their attention checking the details rather than retyping every one of them.

When stock runs low, put the next order in view

Receiving solves one side of the job. Knowing when to buy again is another.

For the SKU-based products your store replenishes, the October Release adds a SKUs to Reorder dashboard alert when items reach their reorder thresholds. A purchase order can open with suggested quantities based on the store’s order amounts.

Your team reviews those quantities and decides what to buy. A suggestion isn’t an instruction to place an order, and an old threshold may need adjusting when your buying pattern changes.

What the update provides is a visible place to start the purchasing decision. You can review the items that need attention without first building that list from memory.

Scrap work doesn’t have to mean one move at a time

Scrap Buckets is also in this release. It supports bulk moves by karat type, so related scrap items can be moved together rather than repeating the action for each one.

The judgment stays with your team. They still need to verify the material and the items being moved. The repeated action is what changes.

Invoice import, reorder alerts and bulk scrap moves are not the same workflow. But they address a familiar problem at different points: information or decisions your team already has should not create more repetitive entry than necessary.

Start with the part of inventory work that slows your store down most. Give the person doing it a look at what is changing.
