Webinar Introduction and Scope0:13

Sean: My name is Sean. I'm one of the sales engineers here with Bravo. Today we're going to be talking about the Company Branded Website and a little bit about coupons.

Billy Booth is introduced as chat support for attendee questions. The presentation itself is led by Sean.

Company Branded Website Overview1:30

Sean: The Company Branded Website is your own branded marketplace where you're able to list inventory automatically or manually. Customers can choose in-store pickup or have an item shipped to their door.

Sean explains that the site supports discovery through shared listings, browsing and offers, coupons sent by text, and purchases completed outside store hours.

Storefront Customization and Drop Shipping2:25

Sean shows an FFL storefront with a store logo, custom linkable ads, and pistol listings. Stores can arrange categories and ads, or choose a listing-focused layout without ads.

For firearm stores and pawn shops with an FFL, Sean says drop-shipping listings can be available through Lipsey's.

Listing Channels and Website Setup4:11

Sean explains that the Company Branded Website works alongside enabled marketplace channels such as Buya, UsedGuns.com, and eBay. A sale on one channel removes the item from the others.

To get started, a store must be active on Buya or UsedGuns.com, with FFL stores using UsedGuns.com. The branded marketplace can use a new or existing domain, either as the full website or through a Shop button on an existing site.

Listing Inventory from Bravo5:38

Sean demonstrates opening an inventory item in Bravo and selecting its web listing option. FFL stores use the UsedGuns.com option rather than Buya.

Staff can edit the web title and description, set a web price that differs from the in-store price, choose shipping terms, and specify whether returns are allowed. Sean says the item is listed after the changes are saved.

Web Fulfillment and Store Pickup7:06

When an item sells online, Sean says it appears in Web Fulfillment. For a non-firearm order, staff enter the carrier and tracking information, save, and finish the transaction.

For a firearm order, the customer supplies a preferred FFL dealer and staff ship the firearm to that dealer. For in-store pickup, staff use Web In-Store Pickup, select the order and customer, then save to complete the checkout.

Creating and Redeeming Coupons8:28

Sean describes Bravo's built-in promotional codes, which can be a fixed-dollar or percentage discount with a start and expiration date. Coupons can be sent by text to a customer or group, limited to a category or individual customer, and applied as a checkout discount.

From the dashboard, staff open Promotions and then Coupons to create a coupon with a name, code, discount amount, dates, and restrictions. The demonstration applies a coupon by entering its code during an in-store sale.

Online Coupons and Activity Reporting11:45

Sean shows that an online shopper can enter an eligible coupon code in the checkout screen and apply it to the sale.

The Coupon Activity Summary under Sales Reports can be filtered by date range, store, and coupon to review when a coupon was used and the related sale.

Q&A: Drop Shipping, Domains, and Setup15:14

In Q&A, Sean says the current drop-shipping integration is with Lipsey's. After a store provides its drop-shipping API credentials in the Company Branded Website back end, available items can be listed with configured markup and tracked through Web Fulfillment.

Sean explains that Bravo owns and hosts the Company Branded Website. A store with an existing WooCommerce or informational website can direct its Shop button to the branded marketplace, retain its color scheme and logos, or point its domain to the marketplace through a DNS record.

Questions this webinar answers

What is a Company Branded Website?

It is a store-branded marketplace for listing inventory automatically or manually. Customers can browse items, make offers, choose shipping or in-store pickup, and complete purchases online.

How do I list an item on the Company Branded Website?

Open the inventory item in Bravo, select the applicable web listing option, then set the web title, description, price, shipping terms, and return setting as needed. Sean says saving the item sends it to the selected sites.

How are online orders fulfilled?

Orders appear in Web Fulfillment. For non-firearm shipments, enter the carrier and tracking information and finish the transaction. Firearm customers provide a preferred FFL dealer for shipment. In-store pickups are completed through Web In-Store Pickup.

Can coupons be used online and in store?

Yes, if the coupon is not restricted to in-store use. Staff can enter the code at the register, and online shoppers can enter it during checkout. Coupons can also be limited by date, category, or individual customer.

Can an existing website or WooCommerce site link to the branded marketplace?

Yes. Sean says an existing site can use a Shop button that directs customers to the Company Branded Website, or a domain can point directly to the marketplace.
